It won't regardless of whether you want it to be or not, NCsoft/ANet have said they're not going to put it on there. Whatever the reason is, that's probably why they pulled all their other games (excluding the original GW series) from Steam - Lineage II, Aion etc. Oh and that means Blade & Soul + Wildstar probably aren't going to appear there either when they're released in the West.
I reckon the other 2 would probably go on Steam though, since their publishers are still using Steam (Bethesda & Perfect World).

I love the game and all (been playing every day since the headstart), but seeing all these new mmos on steam made me desire some kind of steam achievements and game hub for Gw2 too.
They probably should do something about their tutorial though, some friends of mine hated the game at start and loved it when they came back.
As for Neverwinter Online and TESO, did they say something about them being on steam?
