lol, I'm seriously not surprised to hear that from you. That breaches the SSA (Steam Subscriber Agreement). You know, the little box you tick whenever you activate a game. Based on that alone, Valve have every right to close your Steam account for good.

Steam or Ubisoft site?? If its steam then don't buy it using vpn cause the chances of you getting banned becomes very high but if its Ubisoft then you can surely go for it.
