Winner turned down gift

I believe if you contact support they can redraw and someone else wins it.

Contact a mod through the Support feature and ask whether you should re raffle it or if they would pick another random winner from the participants of the original giveaway. Or just gif it to me I'll take good care of it. Either way seems to work for me...

could always just give it to me, and ask the guy to tick the giveaway as recieved. i think that would be the best option, because i dont have the $89 USD steam wants to charge me to buy the thing :(

Give it away to people that can use it ie me, but yeah just contact the mods and ask them for help.

just re-roll the original giveaway. its the fairest way to do it, given that someone else from that giveaway would have won if the guy had removed his entry as he should have done if he no longer needed the game...

just cancel the giveaway and start a new one instead

You can always get the admin to do a redraw.

That was nice that his friend gave him a copy. I am sure the best way would probably just re-roll. Although, do they keep a record of who entered?
