Contact a mod through the Support feature and ask whether you should re raffle it or if they would pick another random winner from the participants of the original giveaway. Or just gif it to me I'll take good care of it. Either way seems to work for me...

You could reraffle it,you know.
Or you could just give it to me. :D That would be awesome, because Skyrim isn't going to be released in my place (the PC version, sigh that I don't own a console :( ),and for some weird reason I can't buy it off Steam from my place too (Asia). :D

Hi, a conundrum!
The winner of my Skyrim giveaway has contacted me to inform me that his friend gave him a copy of the game yesterday and he's no longer in need of the game and would feel bad taking it.
I'm not fussed either way, but what's the protocol? What do I do?
