An error message or a description of your situation would be helpful for us to actually help you. The most common error for me is clicking the 'Now' button in the 'Start' field of the Giveaway Date Range and after taking a few minutes to fill in the rest of the details, attempt to create the giveaway which has a time that is now in the past, resulting in an error like this.

Glad to help. An easy solution to this problem would just be to click the 'Now' button after you finish everything else, or just make the start time a few minutes later. Just a heads up, if you don't already know.
