Just got my first Booster Pack

So, after weeks of waiting to get a Booster Pack, I finally got one. It's a Reus pack, but sadly, I already sold the cards I got by playing the game already, so I'm thinking of selling it.
But is it worth selling the whole pack, or should I just unpack them first? One card goes for about ~0.15€ while the Booster Pack is about 0.7€.

So, my main question is, is there a chance to get foil cards by unpacking the Pack? And also, does anyone know what's the average rate of Reus foil cards?

Of course there's a chance for foils. Why else would a booster pack cost more than just 3 cards?
