Of course Frozen Synpase doesn't worth 22.99, but I don't think he wanted to trade for a non-bundled $22.99 game, I think he wanted to trade for another bundled game that has a closer full price. Because even when trading bundled games, you have to consider price/quality/rareness/bundle tiers/etc. Lets say this present bundle with Never Alone had Bad Rats in the tier 1 as well. That doesn't make Bad Rats worth the same as Never Alone, because you see, most of the people will activate Never Alone and try to trade Bad Rats. Also, it was the first time Never Alone was bundled. And the full price is higher as well, so considering that Never Alone will take a while to be in a bundle again, it will worth more than other bundled games that features bundles 2, 3 times per year.
Also, for games like this you will most likely get many offers in the future from people that missed the bundle. And not everyone will have a spare copy, so when they look for a trade, there will be way less options for Never Alone than Bad Rats.
Of course this example was extreme, and you have to consider as well that each people will have different trade opinions. Some consider most quality, some consider rareness and availability, some consider full price. Some a bit of all to make the trade balanced.
So each trade will be different. From his trade topics, I'm pretty sure he has being doing fair trades. If he had the mentality to want 22,99 non-bundle games for Frozen Synapse, I doubt he would've made so many trades so far.

Scam is of course too strong you did not scam him. But when you would have given me this replay I would have thought we had a deal as well. Quite often I directly send a bundled key when starting chatting. If this person all off the sudden would say it's not a deal at least I would not like it at all and feel scammed. Prices of bundled games are not relevant to most of the traders as once in a bundle the price is equal. So I do understand the other person but as he did not yet sent you the key a neg. Rep sounds too harsh. But I think you have to be more clear in future trades and forget about Frozen Synapse being worth more then a few cents.

You are right of course and in no way I wanted to insult wwkber. Everyone has is own way and right to see if he wants a trade or not. What I tried to explain is the way it was written I would have thought we had a deal as well. To stay extreme to be clear, if the two games would have been bad rats and fall out 4 it would have been clear there was no deal yet. Only a higher base price for a bundle game says nothing. Just a friendly advice to avoid misunderstandings in the future. In this example Frozen Synapse on Barter 140 people have it, 4 want it so totally worthless.

He won one of my giveaways once and basically what happened was I checked back a bit later only to see that he had been suspended so I cancelled the gift and asked for a reroll, someone else got it instead. He adds me and tells me my gift was used, and I explained to him as he had been suspended it was within my rights to ask for a reroll, I had no idea what he had done to deserve a suspension, I just didn't want to sit around for a few days while he was suspended, he informed me bluntly that he would give me negative rep. I was like that makes absolutely no sense, but okay. He must have forgotten though.

Chameleon was offered for a a game, got canceled, then you said you want F.S. , and quoting WWKBER:
