On holiday?

Pop Tarts haven't been sold in NZ for years (except in a handful of "international" shops). They certainly haven't made it to deepest, darkest Waikikamukau yet...

I rarely toast them, most of the times I just eat them straight out the wrapper

I read pooptarts... xD

I had to google what they are and I think I will never eat them, no matter if it's toasted or microwaved ;)

I like them toasted but the only time I ever bought poptarts myself was when I was in my dorm and I couldn't be arsed to go to the dorm kitchen and toast it. So I just ended up eating them "raw". I liked getting the S'mores ones. I would actually snap off all the edges of the poptart because I didn't like that part and only eat the parts with the filling.

I read on knowyourmeme that nyan cat is a poptart. That is the full extent of my knowledge of poptarts.

I bite it once, leaving the inside showing but no enough to eat half of it.
I then tear it open at the inside showing part.
I then break each half in half and then into fourths.

Depends how bored I am, but sometimes I pit the piece into combat by smashing them together.

Apple pie with mustard is odd. But suprisingly passable.

Since no one has mentioned it yet, I'll let you all in on a secret. (Not really)

Take the chocolate based ones, put them in the freezer for a while, and then eat them cold.

Toast, put it on a beautiful plate, and light some candles. Then afterwards, get severely allergic.

More often than not, I break the sides off a bit at a time, and if there's anything left of the middle after that, it goes last. Usually it's brown sugar, toasted until the sides are just shy of actually burning. The ones that had graham crust and chocolate filling weren't bad raw.

Back in my early teens, sometimes I'd toast a couple raspberry (or cherry) pop-tarts, smash one down into the bottom of a bowl, put some ice cream on it, and break the other one up and put it on top...

Has anyone noticed certain flavors (like grape) being weaker than they used to be? I swear, these days if the grape ones aren't already broken before I even open them, they fall apart in the toaster. WTF?

I found strawberry ones weren't bad out of the freezer, chocolate is best served for the toasted though
