Long giveaway vs. short. Which do you prefer??

Just like everybody else, I prefer short giveaways

Mine usually last for a day. Seems like a good way to balance everyones circadian rhythm, so that everyone has a chance to enter the giveaway regardless of how often he/she hammers f5.

All of my giveaways are usually 1-2 hours max unless the group I'm making a giveaway for has a minimum-length rule.

1 hour is the best

If it's public I usually make it 1 hour. Private and group depend on the circumstances. (eg. puzzle)

Shorter giveaways are better :)

The truth is, people who really want some game, will enter giveaway even with 2k+ entries. So if you are looking for somebody, that will more probably enjoy the game, set giveaway to longer time. But still I advise requiring contribution - leechers enter everything they see.
