Who's Excited for the new Telltale Batman Game?

As much as I love Telltale and Batman, this is a huge HELL YES for me. :)

TellTale hasn't let me down yet but I haven't played Jurassic Park, Game of Thrones or Minecraft

You what would be even more awesome? Telltale Doctor Who/Torchwood!

Sounds good, I would love for them to do an X-Files too, I think it would really suit the style of Telltale games!

I am not.
I'm a big fan of Telltale games but its the same kinda game over and over again. they are not evolving, graphic wise nor gameplay wise.
First hiccup for me was Game of Thrones. Which was imo kinda meh, but maybe I expected too much. Tales from the Borderlands was awesome, and without doubt the best one imo. It was funny and had a good story, but still the same old mechanics and graphics.
I skipped Minecraft. Because I just dont enjoy Minecraft. I doubt I would enjoy a Telltale game about a game which I think is rather pointless (no offence). I still cant understand why they did a Minecraft game.
Michonne. Below average. Just 3 episodes for the whole game and I finished episodes 1 and 2 in just 2.8h. It feels rushed. Storywise its a new low imo, and they desperately try to make up with it by creating the most brutal Telltale game until now.

Telltale is running out of ideas and the mechanics and graphics are getting old (they still work btw but I would love to see some improvement).

And I personally am not a fan of Batman really or superheroes in general.

Come on, let's be honest, it's Telltale. I don't want to advertise youtube channels, but concluding statements of the Game of Thrones Telltale game was explained pretty nicely by two channels : this and this

It's the same thing over and over. Watch playthroughs of each game and you'll see the way they model their games are pretty much identical, even down to "that one guy that survives no matter what".

What's to tell? The story's been told to death already.

Time for them to get less common source material or develop their own IP from scratch.

Not mi thing, I guess batman game in here could be really nice

I'm still not sure how to feel towards Batman. I love his concept, his enemies and his ways, but the egoistic " I'll sort it out" and every gadget in the world have to have bat in it's name / bat-shaped... it's just too comical for me, and it's weird with the more serious tone.

I really like Telltale games, but I wish they'd picked a less overused action hero. Everybody knows Batman's story already. As if there weren't thousands of them. Wolverine would have been cool. Or the Silver Surfer. Heck, even Batgirl or Robin would have been more interesting.

Still waiting for a Breaking Bad Telltale game

I really enjoyed season 1 of The Walking Dead and heard great things about The Wolf Among Us but I've also heard it's the same game over and over and over just in different settings. And I'm not really a big Batman fan so this is a pass for me.

Now if there was a Telltale Breaking Bad game they can shut up and take my money.

Let's just hope this isn't another origin story, there are plenty of those already.
I wanna see a Dark Knight Returns for example, I really like the idea of an old Batman for some reason. Or if they are really brave, a comical 60s style one.
