Contact the member on Steam and see if it can be resolved. Maybe you gave the wrong key. Maybe it can be an easy fix.

I only checked the Broken Sword game and seen it as not in their library. I did not go the extra mile to check other wins. Sometimes going the extra mile brings to light a suspicious activity of a member.

I would take your findings and open a report on the member(s). Take your findings to the support and edit out the call-outs from your post above. Even though they are may be in fact legitimate, it is not up for any of us to decide or make assumptions. Good detective work though, I cannot be bothered to do that much. So I am glad some can.

If I were you I'd contact support and tell them what happened. He took a month to mark it as not received. That's his fault even if the key isn't working.

I sent the gift and it was marked as received, but today i received a notification by the winner that the gift was already used (that's a long time gap there), but there is another message from one month ago that didn't show up in my notifications that says the exact same thing.
What gives?
Also i didn't know where to post this, so if it's the wrong area can a mod move it?
