One you linked is "whole" game, like season pass (for now its prolog/demo, chapter 1 and chapter 2)
Game that they're giving for free is only chapter 1 (same thing as in "whole" game), not sure why they sell it separately, but you can't buy chapter 2 - maybe they wanted to sell every chapter separately at first but it wasn't popular enough.
Also I think this "giveaway" is promo for chapter 3, because I see they added new ahievements to "whole game".
