what if it's a friend/relative asking if it's possible (as a gift) and he just doesn't want to share account details with said friend/relative for obvious reasons?

Im not a russian, and the thing is that someone wants to gift me 30 Euro and i was wondering if could add the money in my steam wallet without logging into my steam account.

No other way I know of. Maybe showing the receipt of funds being added after they gift you the money would be enough for the person.

In that case I'd just advise said friend/relative to make a free account and gift it out of there. By that point though, it does seem a touch of a hassle, granted.

You currently cannot gift steam wallet money, nor can you add money to a steam account without first logging into said steam account.
