It's most likely either
- Wrath of Gaben on people not hoarding trash games making you own random trash you can't get rid of.
- Drunk dev mashing buttons at random creating some sort of monstrosity that should never have survived.

It shows as 'in library' for me too, but I can't find this ID in here: https://store.steampowered.com/dynamicstore/userdata/ which, as far as I know, should contain all the IDs the user owns.
Also, it shows as 'in library' even if unauthorized, so most probably it's a Steam bug in showing the 'owned' label.

Then i went to the devs page, and on top of the list it says Uninitalized and owned, but i can't find it that way in my steam library.
Also subid seems to point to a Hoard DLC, or does it work different for bundles?

[Edit] Most likely it seems a steam bug, and https://berartstudio.com/ points to 3 games, so unless the dev really wants to sweep this mysterious game (more bad then Bad Rats) under the rug, Thanks for replies.
