Since they implemented the region locks no purchase is ROW anymore in those countries.

How did you find this? I have the game and all DLC, I thought I remember buying a complete edition or GOTY or something, but I don't see one available now. I have all DLC (except this one) even though it doesn't show I own them on their store pages.

Oh my, I have really searched for this one :) Felt kind of bummed out since couldn't get it originally (wasn't available in here) and later on the price rocketed like crazy. Now I have the only missing story DLC ^^ THANK YOU <3
