Is this normal or not?

I just gave the gift to the guy who won and got my contribution points but I wanna try to enter a contributer giveaway and says I haven't contributed anything or w/e.
Does other people have same problem or It's just a matter of time for the bug to fix itself?

Data is cached, is they just marked it received, you'll have to wait between 0 - 20 minutes.
