Title pretty much says it all. I'm probably going to get on PC anyway but was just wondering what the differences were (other than mods). Please just vote for hate instead of comments

PC, of course. It has many pros, providing that you own a decent PC to run it.

Hmm, not sure myself, I don't know much about GTA V.
My point of view is, if you can get it on PC? Get it on PC. :P

Mods = PC

They're almost identical in terms of graphics but pc offers @60 fps,Better AA,Draw distance,Shadows (I can't differentiate between low & High shadow setting in any game....so yeah kinda useless unless you do've super vision).Pc version also offers 4k resolution considering u've a powerful setup & 4k monitor.There's editor mode for pc version which allow you to create scenes (They're flooding YouTube already) but i've read somewhere that it's coming to the consoles.
The ONLY real difference is MODS which will most likely enhance your experience or in some cases infect your pc with a trojan. :3

Obviously,Any human can spot differences using screenshot comparison,However,It'll be MUCH harder to spot them during actual game-play (Who would be moving around or in a mission and stop to notice how that fence shadow isn't complete on normal?).On side note,I'm pretty sure that i can't spot any "Obvious difference" in the second screenshot.

1-Yup,I know what resolution is
2-I never notice these tiny differences.Square or circular i'm seeing the exact same shadow in the end. Infact,I can't see anything you're saying in the 2nd screenshot.
3-I represent an average gamer who can't see these minor details and i can predict that u're one of these gamers who're obsessed with graphics and read every single detail posted in DF.
4-If you make a poll about which differences can you spot in low/Ultra or Next-Gen console/Pc most of the answers will be "Better AA,Draw distance,Texture,less blur & Hair-works (If they're available).This kinda explain where sales on the next gen consoles are much better than pc (Aside from exclusives & piracy) because there's basically minor difference in average user point of view.
