Interesting Community Problem

I'm using Chrome, when I go to Community page, its language directly become Swedish. Other pages are normal, but only community page is anormal.

Have you same problem too ?

On the other hand, I just bought Virtua Tennis 4 but its icons missing in Steam store and library, is Support add it to Steam ?
