From the Movie "Hunger" Bobby Sands - Priest Dialogue quite long but very powerful and welldone.

"- Humphrey Bogart never actually said 'You dirty rat' in any of his films." - were you thinking of Edward G. Robinson?

Actually, we were BOTH wrong there. I meant to say James Cagney.

From SeeFood/Sea Level, a shark is nearly finned and its spooky.
From Padak, an eel sings to a mackerel and the audience trips out.
Framerate isnt actually that bad for either movie, i just have meh recording softwares.

I don't have a vid of it bc it's still in theatres but the No Man's Land sequence in Wonder Woman was so good it made me sob. I wish I could've seen that when I was a little girl - it would have made a difference.
Also, probably all of Mad Max: Fury Road, but especially the part where Furiosa uses Max's shoulder as a gun rest, or when, after learning the Green Place was gone, she takes off her prosthetic arm, shambles into the wastes, falls to her knees, and screams. That was a hell of a scene.
OH, or any part of Sunset Boulevard when Norma Desmond has any extended monologue - Gloria Swanson played the hell out of that role and really added subtle touches to her performance that made Norma a unique, iconic character. The way her eyes were slightly too wide, how her teeth were bared a bit too often, how the emphasis was placed on just the slightly wrong parts of the words all invoke the image of a record player winding down, long past its prime, playing music out of sync. Guys everybody pls watch this film it's so gud.

Hellz to the Yessss! What a brilliant role and an amazing actress!
When I think of all the people who will never see this because it's black and white, it makes me sad.
(and just realized I'm replying to a post from last year because someone bumped an old thread and I thought it was new. Duh. Sorry for the late reply)

I have so many favorite movies and movie scenes but this is one from a movie I recently watched: Schindler's List - Amon Göth hanged.

Damn... so many...
All right. Lets do this (only some, top of my head not posted yet):
Theres so many more with him...
This scene unfortunally is so freaking much more in context - but that would mean +2 scenes before:
-pretty much everything from the cave scene to emerging from the hole is epic
Spoiler alert: this is the final scene/ending of Ravenous (1999)
Only posting because most people won't ever watch it anyway - also its not a movie i generally recommend. Its... different.
But if you have no intent on watching go ahead. Its a 9 minutes long duel unlike any i ever seen. If anyone told me before a slow duel could be so intense i wouldn't believe.
fuck, i cry pretty much everytime. The acting, framing... everything is beyond stellar
to cheer up:
If you haven't seen Snatch don't dare watch this. Its so much better when it happens in context and out of nowhere.
Rob yourself of the experience if you must.
Very few scenes of this movie aren't on my favorites.
Funny however is how this small scene (but big plot point) stuck so much with me. I rewinded i re-watched it 1 or 2 times- not only the dialogue but how the music connects afterwards...
And of course:
i was going to post the invasion on ping island but then i remembered another one... i can't post the whole film
Another one full of favorite scenes:
And way so many more. Avoiding the more well know like blade runner and such.

Another one full of favorite scenes. If i had to choose only one would be the ending but i can't.
This one is also spoilerish... then, all of the awesome ones are.
If you haven't watched you have to.
One of my favorite scenes from Mr.Vengeance was 'repeated' of sorts by Park Chan-Wook in a more famous movie:

Wow. That was so bad, it even made the Tromavision films look like masterpieces.
Talk about the single most over acted death scene in movie history.Plus you can clearly see the blood pack in his hand from the belly shot, which should have been all they needed.
But I'm over analyzing this.
But you like this so enjoy it,. It was enjoyably bad.

Watchmen: Brief conversation between Dr. Manhattan and Rorschach at the end of Watchmen and then the former having to kill the latter
Edit - "No parent should have to bury their child" scene from The Two Towers got me every time even well before I had children of my own
Edit 2 - On a lighter note, every time Dante says, "I'm not even supposed to be here today" in Clerks.

Aliens (1986). The moment when Ripley tells Gorman "Pull your team out" and then takes the armored vehicle to help the squad. Couln't find the scene but here is the music for that part (It pumps adrenaline every time I see It and listen to that) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Xo9lUPeAAJs

"I am your father's brother's nephews's cousins former roommate" or "Now you will see that evil always triumphs, because good is dumb"
"We're on a mission from god" or "We're putting the band back together" or "How much for the women?"
Edit: Both movies should be old & famous enough for these not to count as spoilers.
I'd also post the ending scene to the original Rollerball, but that one only works well if you've seen the whole movie building up to it.

Is it bad that when watching the Spaceballs scene I went on with the video word for word? Have I see that movie a few too many times?

Odd having these in a vacuum, context is everything.
Also, I imagine this thread will unfortunately lead to spoilers for a lot of people.

It's entirely avoidable, you just chose to make a thread inviting spoilers (as you discovered).
Edit: Haha, okay I see you edited OP.

Ok, we all have our favorite movies and out most hated ones as well.
Now lets see some of your favorite scenes from movies.
This one always gets me.
This one is also a favorite of mine. Little fact- Humphrey Bogart never actually said 'You dirty rat' in any of his films.
Also this will always be awesome.
Found another classic. :P
I'll post some more later as I remember them IF this topic takes off.
Edit- New rule- NO SPOILERS!!!!!
