I can't say It's one of my favorite scenes because of the context, but every time I saw this one my throat tightens.

I KICK ASS FOR THE LORD in pretty bad quality, from Dead Alive, featuring a priest doing martial arts on zombies. Glorious, a great scene from a great movie.
