How about the option to buy points for a small amount of money, then said $$ (after any server fees etc that need to be paid for) is put into a pool wherein Steam games are purchased and raffled off to either the site as a whole or just people who have purchased points? Genius. Right?

Sorry for bad English :-[
If member with approved Giveaways will earn 10-15%, and all other users without created Giveaways will earn 5% that will stimulate to create more Giveaways. And limited half-wishable entries.
User create Giveaways and one month he can earn more than user without Giveaways or user created Giveaway older than one month. It's more honestly isn't it? Without Giveaway earn 5%, With Giveaway(s) older than one month earn 10% and with Giveaways created less than one month ago earn 15%. And rounded only to 0.5. E.g. for giveaways game which price less than $4 user with 10% earn 0.5 points, for games from $6 to $9 earn 1 point, etc. User with 5% will be earn: for Giweavays games chiper $10 — 0.5 points. And user with 15% will be earned for games chiper $3 - 0.5 points, $4-7 — 1 point, $8-10 — 1,5 points, etc.

Edit: This information is no longer correct, we have lowered the generation to five percent.
EDIT: Point System Now Live
If you check the top right, there's a number in brackets next to Logout, which represents your current points. At the moment, I sent everyone 100, and new users will start with 25. Now, how it works.
When a giveaway is created on the site, every single member gets 10% of that value in points. So, if I started a giveaway at this moment, for a $50 Steam game, everyone would now have an extra 5 points. When you enter a giveaway, you spend these points. If you enter for a game worth $20, you spend 20 points, and you'll see the number next to Logout drop by 20. If you decide to remove your entry while the giveaway is still open, those 20 points are returned. And of course, if you don't have the required number of points, you're unable to enter that giveaway.
At most, you can save up to 300 points. This way, people can't be inactive for months, and then return to thousands of points, entering everything.
Numbers are rounded up, so if someone creates a giveaway for a $1 game, 1/10 = 0.1 points, but that's rounded to 1, so it helps to contribute to everyone.
What do you guys think? Suggestions? I thought we'd try it out for a few days, and see how things are going. In short, this will allow people to choose which 10% of giveaways they would like to enter, giving them better odds for games they're interested in playing.
