I need some help with Amazon.

Long story short, I have around $33 worth of Amazon Gift card credit in my account. I'm not interested in anything on Amazon though. Really what I want is Steam Wallet (even PayPal would be great). However, the only Steam Wallet card provider on Amazon charges $30 for a $20 card.

I'd buy a GameStop card and convert it to Steam Wallet at a local store but apparently you can't use gift card credit to buy a gift card. So I'm stuck.

Any ideas?
