I think that gifts are being delivered almost instantly and for keys you have to wait even for 24 hours sometimes...
So don't be afraid that you got scammed straight away and make such a ridiculous name for a discussion before you actually get scammed.

Bought two keys from them, received one instantly and other took almost 3 days after payment confirmation, so that status is probably a strange 'pending' on their meanings, I belive, but better clear it up on their support.

They don't always send mail, check your gamelist on Kinguins site, thats where the keys show up.
