the only reason to buy stuff for cs is the star trak thingy, even then most guns are ugly for my taste, and knifes are too fucking expensive

This Is as good as the list will get. Factory New CS:GO items sorted by lowest price. Not many in your price range, but there are still some.

Any P250 that you can get, unfortunately the better looking ones cost more than 14 cents, imo
