Please make your giveaways available to all members of this site, not only to a selected few in only two countries out of all of them. (Unless you plan to enter only for giveaways from these countries as well.)
Additionally, there is no need to announce your giveaways, especially not if they are not for everyone.

This is a bit rude/weird (sorry to say)- he is well within the terms of this site to do both of these and enter any giveaways he wants and anyone who wants to be part of this site and does giveaways (of any kind) rather than just takes is more than welcome

They seem to be doing fanatical keys and I have no experience but from what I have read they are heavily restricted and quite random with which sub it could be. So they are just covering their bases from what I see. I had one key that was ROW that someone in Poland won and found out Poland was not included for whatever reason, then someone in Mexico won and had the same issue so I just put US and later found out there was like 100+ countries but for whatever odd reason Poland and Mexico was excluded.
