Humble Bundle gift problem.

Hey guys, I'm having problem with Humble bundle gift, I don't know what the hell went wrong. so, I made a giveaway for Nightmare
from the Deep: The Cursed Heart, when I sent the gift link code in the email it wasn't used cuz I've checked it, but the winner said that the gift is already used so I checked it and it was used... but, the thing is, I didn't activate it and he didn't activate it, any1 else had this problem? :o

Maybe he is liar and activated it with other acc.

If neither of you activated the game, and you are certain you didn't give it to anyone else either, contact Humble and explain to them that you have been given a used key. It happened to me once - I presume someone had used a keygen, or they made a balls-up at Humble Towers. Either way, they very kindly provided me with a replacement.

Yeah, I wrote to them 2 days ago and no reply yet, I'm gonna wait I guess or buy the game from steamtrades.

happened to me 2 times, 1st got reply in 2 days, 2d time took them over a week, but in both cases if you ask them they will revoke the keys and generate a new links for you without any problem, so just wait :)

weird...i recently had the same problem, but it was resolved quickly after 2 - 3 days
the winner made a ticket to support and got the gift

i too had doubts of the winner trying to scam me but i guess its something to do with humble bundle side

If the gift page isn't (manually) deleted it shows to which account the game was redeemed. maybe you can find out that way if the guy is lying for example when the account who redeemed it is on the friendslist of the winner.
