lel what "Digital storm bolt 2"? That sounds shitty just to scam casual consumers, better build a PC yourself, try Reddit build Gaming PC.
Edit: at least this is better than some random "Gaming" PC from Carrefour, Mediamarkt, etc, but building yourself will ensure you are saving money + more options.

I guess the Digital Storm Bolt 2 sounds alright if you're not into building a PC of your own. But then again, I wouldn't know what's good in terms of pre-built PCs.
I took a look at their site (link) and I'm going to be honest, it sounds like a complete ripoff. Now if you're the type that doesn't care about building one for yourself, I truly believe you can find a better deal out there than the one you're eyeballing.
I did a price comparison between only the tier 1 with an almost exact duplicate of parts that you will get from the tier 1 section, and the price of building it yourself vs getting it pre-made is almost cut by half: (link)
And this goes with any pre-built PC brand you're trying to look for. The only exception to the rule is if you're looking for a gaming laptop, since those can't be DIY'd so easily. (And even if you did, you'll pay an arm and a leg for it.)
If you're that scared getting it built, I would suggest looking into someone you might know that is very knowledgeable with PC building and let them build it for you. The labor put into it should cost you no more than an extra $1525/hr for 24 hours (including troubleshooting) from an expert builder alongside the bought parts.
Personally, I would consider trying to learn how to build. There's a lot of guides out there on how to build one from scratch, and a lot of videos out there that give in-depth analysis of building a PC. And no matter what kind of PC parts you decide to get vs someone else's video, whether it be AMD or Intel based, they're all plugged into the motherboard one and the same, and it can also definitely be said with putting RAM and graphics cards.
The only difference might be how you decide to cable manage and where the pin connectors are on the motherboard for your PSU, and maybe installing the aftermarket cooler. That's where you'll have to consult your manual. And trust me, it's not a lot of reading.
You'll feel good about yourself for learning how to build, and you won't feel helpless anymore if anything decides to DOA on you, because you know what to do.

Its worth it to build yourself. There are a lot of suggested builds that can be found by searching for " best do-it-yourself PC builds." They'll give you insight into how to go about doing it and what parts to buy, and you'll save about 25% of the price from a pre-built PC.
