Is it possible to verify a PayPal account without credit card or bank account?

The title says it all. I want to verify my PayPal account but I dont have a credit card nor a bank account (well I do have a bank account but it only works for savings) I got tired of being limited to receive money just once every month. Help?

From what I've read after googling "virtual credit card" it seems like you need to have a real credit card to use virtual one. Which doesn't help OP as he doesn't have credit card.

I think in each country there are free credit \ debit cards products on the market, co-brend and other promotions at least. Is there something stops you from getting one?

The exchange between currencies and the problem with using USD in my country is something that stops me, it could be a problem even if I had a credit card. Getting one is hard as hell here, to get it I basically need a perfect record when it comes to managing money
