Just played the Crysis 3 Alpha. What are your thoughts?

Not sure, just got download going at 50%, so Ill let you know in 6 mins hehe.

What should we be thinking about you playing Crysis 3?

I dunno much about the other ones, but when you turn its blurry, so thats strange, also seems really slow and hard to move and laggy.

Crysis 3 supporting only dx11.:S

It's a great game but good god is it demanding.

Looks great for a beta building new pc soon and will be picking it up currently playing it on medium with no motion blur

Definatly needs an FOV slider

It felt really run-of-the-mill to me. The map it kept putting me on was rather dark and murky, the radio chatter was annoying, but overall it just felt like a standard FPS with cloaking and armor thrown in. Nothing special, really.

Don't know if it's the game or my hardware, but it lags almost consistently (sometimes it's very smooth for a few seconds, but only sometimes), lots of bugs, and the graphics might be good, but it's just gray and brown. Crytek, how about you add some colors there, eh?

I can't even play it because my video card doesn't support DX11. Pretty lame move on Crytek's part.
