Can you make a giveaway for games that are not for steam?

Sorry, only Steam keys are allowed here as a giveaway.
However, you can drop ANY keys in the forums.

Steamgifts. The answer is no, you can't make a formal giveaway. However, you can give them away in the forum however you please.

This site has its title for a reason. All giveaways must be for a Steam redeemable game or DLC. You can't give Desura keys, Origin keys, UPlay keys, GOG keys or keys to random other DRM services.

Nope, you can only make giveaways for Steam games, for the most part. (Hence the name, SteamGifts) People who want to give away Desura codes usually just drop them randomly in the forum.

Also, most people here see Desura keys as kinda worthless. Some do collect them or have Desura accounts, but yeeeah.... they really aren't of much value around here. That is why you will see most people starting the occasional drop thread, and others join in and start dropping their desura codes. You can try a forum thread puzzle if you want, no harm in that. But as others have already said, it is STEAM gifts and reading the FAQ would have told you plain and simple and you wouldn't have looked like a n00b by asking.
