i'd say if what ulvercarvalho said below is correct, then its certainly worth a shot to restart the router to get a new ip address if your internet is dynamic.. could possibly solve the issue if they did a single ip block and not a block of addresses.

Yes, they blocked the IP for using a "proxy" or so they say.
Ive seen this discussion back in 2014, and they offered no help, to those people.

Some people create a new account. I would recommend not to.
It gives them the opportunity to shrug it off with an easy response "no multiple accounts"

My friend's says can't connect due to Proxy, yet they have no proxy in place. I even poked around to see if I could find something triggering the proxy flag. They don't even use an ad blocker and have no add-ons, nothing in Proxy, and no VPN set up. Direct connect to their modem, not even a router.

According to posts on the Steam group, this is a problem they've been having lately. You're probably not banned or in trouble for allegedly using a proxy, it's just that their session and login system has been on the fritz. Access seems to come and go.

Hello, i've been experiencing an issue since i deleted caches and cookies on my PC - i can't log in to my Tremor Games account. For a while i couldn't even get to the page (it said "too many redirections"), and now when i access the site and type Username / Password, it says Invalid Login.
I tried to recover password with my email address, but i didn't receive any response.. Did something happen lately with the site? Anyone experienced same issue?
