Yes. When a game's store price drops, so does your CV. Men of War was $30 before I think.

I believe you lose CV if the price of a game you gave away drops on Steam.

I don't know this one for sure (and I think you DON'T lose CV) but if you give away a bundle game before its bundled your CV may get dropped? Again I don't think this one is true though... unless you give away the bundle game before it gets on the bundle list, quickly enter for that CV, then you lose ability? idk
