Not sure if this counts as begging but it probably does. But if you don't have any unused HB BTA bundles or any Steam gifts in your inventory then no - there isn't any way without entering bunch of SG giveaways hoping you will win. But if you have these things - try Steamtrades[dot]com. Maybe you will get a trade.

P.S. It's just silly you can't afford them. I think they were on Halloween sale and they will probably be on Winter Sale too for just a few bucks. Max 5$ won't change much in your new computer setup anyway...
