I notice a drop on performance and productivity and stare at C++ code or my writing thus doing nothing useful lately.

Could it be playing too much adrenaline rush from action and strategy game? which I have been playing lately.
So I think playing a relax game would help, as I recall when I have Sims 3 around improve my productivity when I play it for a while. Perhaps I should reinstall Sims again? but the lag and bug in 3 annoyed me even with NRaas.

Perhaps recommend me a game I owned or something to buy that is relaxing yet content rich enough for long time?

Sorry for no GA, thanks to new Steam restriction, I don't know where to buy non-bundle locked game.

Edit: Changed title, it's look funny.

Tropico 3/4 is my go to game for when I want to relax.

EDIT: Prison Architect is another fun and addicting "city builder" game and is currently 80% off.

Which remind me a game that I built then watch them do their business. Prison Architect looks nice but still on EA which I don't feel like playing it.

AudioSurf is what I play to relax. Pick a favorite song (preferably not fast paced if you're relaxing :p), grab one of the Mono characters, and it's surprisingly calming. The first game goes on sale dirt cheap a lot; haven't tried AudioSurf 2 yet, but people seem to have mixed emotions whether or not it's better than 1.

Pixel Puzzles: Japan helped me calm down after I suffered from boredom for beating Dark Souls and having nothing else to do.Though it's not for everyone.
The gameplay is quite slow, you need patience(lots of it). Use custom music too because ingame music is monotonous.

Can be traded for ref since it was in a bundle a few weeks ago. Or it's in one now. (It always is.)
