Csgo. It's not very expensive and you will usually make more money than you spend on it by playing.
It really is an excellent game with focus on competitive gameplay.

Free? The original Hidden & Dangerous. It was released for free quit a while ago, and it's really good. Really hard though.

If you're willing to spend a little bit of money then the following ones are also worth checking out:
Rainbow Six 1-3 (but NOT Vegas, if you're after a tactical shooter). Squad based tactical shooters with a heavy focus on the tactical part.
SWAT 3-4: Squad based tactical shooters where the goal is not to kill the bad guys, but to capture them. Tense, challenging and really fun. Not quite as tactical as Rainbow Six, but still more so than most other tactical shooters. (Note that SWAT 1 is an FMV game and SWAT 2 is an isometric tactics game, so if you're after tactical shooters, skip those two).
Hidden & Dangerous 2: Similar to the first one, but a bit better.
Delta Force series: A bit lighter than the above mentioned ones, but still good. Really fun in multiplayer.

I do have CS GO . It's a great shooter ; fast paced action .Squad is a great game . I really like realism and squad tactics .
