Because I didn't active a key because I wasn't active. I recently joined back and didn't knew I had key what I won and next thing you know I was suspended for a other week for not activing the key code. When I try reach out to unsuspend me, I got no answer from that... It seems like staff really don't care here.

You won DeerHunterX & Hold the Line: The American Revolution, so that's two keys actually. You marked them as received so you were active at that moment, otherwise they would simply be waiting for feedback, or rerolled. Unless support manually marked them as received, which I doubt in that case.
Can it be you simply try and avoid the responsibility?

Something does not compile. If you was suspended, it means you marked the key as received (otherwise it would have been just reroll). And if you marked as received - then you were active, and could redeem it.
And about moderators - they care, and they work hard, but the amount of tickets is too big to handle in a timely manner.

I didn't maked that key as recived and when I left and came back and I didn't knew I had that key. Next thing I know I was suspended for a other week and no moderator didn't reach me put when I try make ticked about unsuspending me.. So I waited.. Thanks alot...

https://www.steamgifts.com/stats/community/support there you can see they have quite a few unsuspend requests. If your suspension is only a couple of days, well, the suspension is probably over before they get a chance to even look at it.

Well, I can't speak for support of course. I just know they have 552 unsuspend tickets open right now. Can't really comment on my own experience with unsuspending as that was 5 years ago.
I don't know if support will react at all to this, but I doubt they will discuss it openly here.
That's what I was getting at with my initial reply, what do you expect to gain out of this? Response from support?

I told you already - that's a lie. You can't be suspended if you didn't mark those giveaways as received. Impossible. No chance. And no chance that it was marked as received by support, because you don't have the game on account. So, you DID marked it as received, and it means you had a chance to redeem the key, so it's all your fault, you are lying and there were no reason to unsuspend you. That's how it works. Of course, mods should have closed your unsuspend request without answer, but they probably had too much REAL work to do.

Hire more moderators. You think they get paid? Sure the ads will bring some money in, but the site also needs to be hosted. Doubt cg makes a ton of money from it.
You need to find people willing to put their spare time into this, and at the same time you need to be sure you can trust them to a certain extent. So you can't just 'hire more moderators'.
If you want my advice (maybe you don't, but I will give it anyway) get yourself a copy of both games you didn't activate, so it won't show up as not owned anymore, or accept the fact you have been suspended for it and will have to live with that 'mark'.

You don't get suspended for just winning and not noticing. You have to actively mark the won game as "received", otherwise you will not receive any suspension (and the giveaway will most likely be rerolled).
So you must've been on the site and recognized your win, marked it as received without activating the key. It's just impossible that it happened the way you try to tell it.

Yup, but he (or she) is trying to say, they got suspended for not noticing. Marked today as received (?) and since currently not on pc, they will activate the actual key later...

From what I saw there are only a few (less then 10 moderators) here and I don't think it is their full paid job. They do it for free to keep the site in good condition if I'm right.
But there are about 1.3 million users here so that means many many many tickets.
I once waited for a reroll a few days and I was not suprised as I understand how many tickets 1.3 million people can create from my work experience.

Please remember, all games you receive need to be activated on your corresponding Steam account to remain in good standing. Users failing to do so will receive a suspension.

So hello. I reacently was suspended fot not activing a key code what I won at give away because I wasn't active. I try send ticket to make sure someone could replay and unsuspend me and guess what? Not single moderator didn't care for whole week... So much for active staff..
