You have a few options.

1) Buy a copy of the game and give it to the winner.
2) Do not give anything and accept the "Not Received" on your account.
3) Delete your giveaway with the following reason: "Did not understand how the site works."

next time make giveaways for games you already secure in your inventory

when you create a giveaway, YOU promise to deliver the game NOT anyother guy(donor or otherwise)

anyway you should contact the support for help, and next time if there is only 5 min remaining to the giveaway ends and you still don't have the game, then you should close it.
