Sleeping Dogs DLC Collection

I saw some users create a giveaways for Sleeping Dogs DLC Collection, even not just 1 copy. So question is where I can get this pack? Not from Steam store for sure (its removed already for 2 years), guess some site selling cheap keys and I wanted to get 1 for myself. Can anyone answer?

Strangely, the DLC Collection is more expensive than the Definitive Edition of the game in most grey markets. I'd like to get the DLCs too, but oh well...

It may be more expensive as a lot of people think that the definitive edition of the game is a bit....unneeded (especially with some of the graphic "updates")

Well, I can only answer for myself, being one of the users that created a giveaway for this pack in the last weeks. I traded for the gift 2 years ago and I have it on my inventory ever since. It is still there because I'm waiting for a reroll.
