Not letting me buy games?

For some reason whenever I try to buy five nights at Freddy's 2, it says an unexpected error has occurred. It says to try later. Well I've tried 3 times and once on my phone, I also got my brother to try and buy it to gift to me but it still says the same thing.

Could this be a glitch because of the boost in sales? Is anyone else getting this?

It didn't let me get that far. I just went to my cart and said it was for me and then it did it.
