Being that poor shouldn't mean no giveaways
I agree with the comment above me, gaming laptops in the long run end being more expensive and hard to upgrade to current hardware standards (especially if it's a laptop that can't be modded like mine, I'm stuck with 4gb ram till I get a new computer rip), a desktop would be a better option so you can upgrade it in a future if you desire/need it

all you need
a record player and a laser pointer - hard drive
tin foil and a magnet - cpu
a three legged hamster and a rusty wheel - gpu
2 tin cans and a piece of string - sound card
card board box and tin foil - mother board
and a partridge in a pear tree.
no but really playing games on a laptop is a great way to light your nuts on fire.
its so much cheaper to build a desktop. remember monitors, mouse, and keyboard are all available for super cheap at your local thrift shop.

gaming =/= laptop
gaming laptop =/= for poor people

Ok, well you guys right, I forgot to be more specific about this choice: I'm that poor that my house doesn't have enough space for a desk, so I really can't buy a desktop one. My only table is the same where me and my GF have our dinner, so that's why, basically, I can only have a laptop in my life right now!

So, you could not get cheap (maybe even used) table, but you have enough money to overpay for a gaming laptop? You are not poor. My previous home total space was 17,5 square meters, including bathroom and kitchen. We've had two desktops there. How small is your house exactly that you can't place one?
Apart from that - obviously ASUS is better, it has 16gb ram. I would not consider even that as enough, but it's still better than 8.

I used to live in a tiny room myself, with a bed, a wardrobe and two tables jammed in so that there was almost no floor space left. I know I'd never curse myself with a laptop if there wasn't enough space for a second table. I'd either eat at the PC (which is perfectly normal among gamers, programmers, etc.) or buy something tiny for eating. Here are a couple of options:
This folding table is very practical (even has some storage space) but rather expensive.
And this wall-mounted folding table is both cheap and perfectly small.

Maybe you have to wait for next 2-3 month, because there'll be new product with new component (Like 11th Gen)

How about getting a desktop (keep reading) and putting it somewhere where humans don't go and then streaming from it via your local network to an old (but fast enough) laptop on your desk? (Steam has easy-to-use built-in support for streaming.)
That way, you don't need to use the desktop computer at a desk and you also don't need fast internet.
P.S.
Steam's built-in streaming also sends your mouse, keyboard and/or gamepad inputs from the device being streamed to (the laptop, in your case) to the device doing the streaming (the desktop, in your case), which means that you also don't need to connect your mouse, keyboard and/or gamepad to the desktop computer directly either.
P.P.S.
You should also be able to stream non-Steam games through Steam (that's a mouthful :P).

From my experience budge gaming laptops go useless after 3 years or so. The graphic card might burn or you can break the screen and by to all the system. I don't know if it's a good moment, but most of laptops are showing right now are equiped with 1650 GPU ro 1650 Ti that is an old model (last year)... Looks like best you can get for that price range. I see youre from italy, if your country have any kind of sale site where people show different sales they find on good stores (Like amazon, newegg or somethings equal like that on Italy) try look there, there are always interesting limited time offers for low prices.

Being a poor people means that he wont play AAA games. In that case, gaming laptop should last for years. In fact, i played with non gaming laptop for like 5 years before switching to a new one.
Cant recommend anythng tho since im suck at this, but i guess it's worth noting that space is also important and doing a lot of setup with desktop pc might be too much work for people who arent experienced with it.
That being said, good luck looking for a new laptop!

Looks like really bad time to buy laptop to be honest, I remember friend got Lenovo laptop with RTX 2060 for 1000€.
Also GTX 1650 is kinda weak you need at least GTX 1660ti and even now might be low now cus of next gen console gonna boost system req for new games. I recommend you to save some more money to get laptop with RTX 2060 or wait a little bit and not buy laptop right now so you won't end with laptop that will not be able to run 2021 AAA games

Poor people should always prefer gaming desktop over gaming laptop. Actually, everyone should.

Hello there people <3
I'll be fast, I think the title says it all, only thing I'd add is that the cap should be around 700$.
A friend of mine tried to suggest me those:
https://www.amazon.it/Acer-AN515-55-53PX-Computer-Processore-i5-10300H/dp/B08M42751M
https://estore.asus.com/it/90nr01l3-m14930-asus-rog-strix-g-g531gt.html
Do you guys have any suggestion about which one to choose, or something else we didn't consider?
Thanks a lot <3
EDIT, for those who suggested to buy a desktop PC
