It's not super fancy or anything but it's good enough.

I'll happily take suggestions on how to make it cheaper and/or better, but I can't go any more expensive (and I refuse to get a different case).

There is no way that 450W power supply can work with that system get at least 700, preferably 750+ for future upgrades

700? Do you have any idea what you're talking about? I have no idea where you're getting that number but you're way off.

Pretty good but I'd go with an i5 4670k instead so you can overclock down the line. And switch to a Z87 chipset motherboard. It won't add that much to the cost.

Also, not a fan of that CM PSU. Especially at that price. Ignore the guy who said you need 700W but you can get a better quality one at that price.

Otherwise looks fine

All right, since a few people suggested it I swapped out the CPU. As for the motherboard, we actually decided on a different one the other day, I just forgot to update the build. It's in there now.

Could you recommend a better PSU for around the same price?

Edit: How's this?

I'm not a huge fan of Corsair's lower end units but it'll suffice. If you don't mind rebates, I think you can get the CS 550M model for cheaper.

This would be my pick for ~$60

Sorry, but 700W is ott.
Why 2 monitors?
Edit: Have a look at this: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/psus/2014/06/20/550w-650w-psu-roundup/1
I agree with AloXX concerning the CPU. Get a K-model so you can oc it.

Because having 2 monitors is bloody amazing.

I would go with a i5-4670k instead of that i5-4690 that you currently have. This way, you won't have to worry about needing to get a new CPU for a long time.

Apart from that, you may want to get a 500W or higher PSU in case you decide to ever upgrade the build.

So you want 2 monitors and then write you can't afford a better motherboard? :D
Edit: Why no proper CPU cooler? Do you want to use the stock one?

A 4670K should be something you should be getting. Also, what do you need two monitors for? I would also upgrade the PSU a little higher just to be future proof (trust me, replacing the PSU is a lot of hassle).
