I'd say pudding . That is what my Danish friend describes it as and I'm inclined to agree . Like a pudding made with sugar and fruit pulp with sago ( I think) and I got a hint of some spice, maybe cinnamon and vanilla ... dunno actually ... been a long time since I tried it.

not exactly ... I think its more correct to say its a fruit pudding (in this case it looks like strawberry) with cream (whipped) on it. At least that is how my Danish friend described it as before we had some. But damn that name is a tongue twister :D
