Hello, i've been kinda out of the loop for the past few years and i want to know if the thing im thinking of is still possible.
So, for example, a Russian friend of mine wants to gift me a game, and i am in Ukraine. Why the question is up in the first place, is because i remember there was some rule for the prices to not have a big difference. Generally speaking the prices are not too different, in Russia they are usually a bit lower, but from what i can recall, the cap was a 10% price difference. Is that still true?
Thank you for any help!
