Maybe The Cidatel which got good reviews, but that's fan service.

I've got no problem with fan service.

As for your posting time, I would say that the forums have been doing that for a while, but I'm not sure "for a while" makes sense when time is wonky ;)

Only purchasable DLC for ME3 I've got at the moment is From Ashes.

I'd recommend it. Javik is a great character and visiting Eden Prime again was neat.
The alternate squadmate outfits included with the DLC are really good too.
