Are you making sure your starting time is after the current time?

At the time of this post it'll be 9:13 PM on my end, as a result I would put the starting time to be a few minutes afterwards.

Example: 9:15 PM.

Users are given a little buffer for time, so if they set it to NOW, they can still adjust the page and options for 5 or 10 minutes without receiving the error.

Nowhere in the world is it Oct 15th, 2:35am. What time and time zone does it say locally on your computer?

The javascript is just echoing back your system time, so it should be Oct 16, not Oct 15th when you push Now. What happens if you manually set the date on the create page to Oct 16th, 3:00am, and try to post a giveaway?

I can't, if i insert manually to 16 , it reset to 15.

So if i put:
Oct 16, 2011 02:35 am it automatically make it to:
Oct 15, 2011 02:35 am

The same occurs with other browsers? I need to step out for a bit, but I'll take a look at things when I get back.

As well, what results do you get from javascript on other sites? For example, click here. Scroll down, it should say It is now and list a date, and then further down yet, It is now with a time. What does it say?

I had the exact same problem when I tried to start my giveaway, almost at the same time he was trying. But I just gave up and I put to start tomorrow... Maybe he's from Brazil like me, and today our Daylight saving time started, so we had to advance one hour from our clocks. Maybe it had messed a bit with the system. I had the same problem and tried to find the same solutions as he did. Tried with other browsers, putting it manually and changing the time from my PC. I use Windows 7 and tried with firefox and IE. The site you linked tell me the exact time. It says it's 10/16/2011 and 5:47 AM. Maybe that problem is just for today.
