Free Valiant Hearts: The Great War (with Regional Restrictions)

i bought "Valiant Hearts: The Great War™ / Soldats Inconnus : Mémoires de la Grande Guerre" and can't use the game, because of the Regional Restrictions.

But as you know, I am a good guy and want to give the first person who will add me on Steam the game as a Gift.

Regional Restrictions: Armenien, Aserbaidschan, Weißrussland, Georgien, Kirgisistan, Kasachstan, Moldawien, Republik, Tadschikistan, Turkmenistan, Usbekistan, Ukraine, Russische Föderation

I am from Germany so use the translator if you don't know the countries.
