After they gave mobiles their own section this is the worst recurring bundle type they do.

Been meaning to grab Costume Quest at some point, and Tetrobot & Co's been on my wishlist waiting for a decent deal ever since I finished Blocks that Matter. Good enough deal on both to go BTA while it's low.

Hitman Go and Super Hexagon works well on a mobile from my experience. Haven't tried much else but if it's done well it shouldn't be too bad. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 btw :D.

$1 tier: Definitely.
BTA: No. I have Costume Quest already from the Double Fine Bundle (I actually PAID for the early access to Broken Age) and Ironclad Tactics isn't my cup of tea.
Shadowrun Returns: Nope. Had enough playing that as a reformed dice chucker in my early days.
All in all, I'll pay for the one buck tier now and see what they have to offer later. Only to get Attack of the Titans and VVVVVV.
