Which game franchises would you want to come to PC?

A complete hd remake/remaster and fully moddable Red Dead Redemption may do well.

I would love enhanced/remake ports of console games as long as its a one time buy, with NO DLC, NO season pass, no other payments required.

The only franchise the pc desperately needs, is Gran Turismo, because the pc has NO good racing sim game that has over 500 cars that are all included in the base games price. (I think GT5 had over 1,000 cars, yea a few were different year/make)
(a few games attempted to do this, but they all suffer from lack of content, specially the extremely limited vehicle pool; and for the fact most have DLC for stuff that should be in the base game).

Gran Turismo spoiled me, I actually got what I paid for, a complete game. :/

RIP ethical developers and ethical publishers. (honestly, has there ever been an ethical publisher last few years?)

Metal Gear franchise. I mean the whole thing tuned for pc, like MGS 2 with the Psycho Mantis fight done properly and all.

If we're talking franchise, probably Pokemon. Hate myself for playing it, but I just have to beat one version a year when I'm on a binge.
Single games would be Last of Us and Heavy Rain. Several people told me about Heavy Rain and it sounded like a game I'd love to play :(
