And every giveaway got like thousand of entries resulting more disappoint people.

If the rate would be slower, people would have to actually pick only those giveaways what they want, resulting less entries and more satisfied users. At least on my logic.

This. All the Dirt 3 giveaways being created and then removed left everyone with a ton of points. This is probably going to continue until all the leaked keys get blacklisted and the Steam accounts using them banned.
