This bundle was available for ~8€. Possibly 8$. The bundled value was 450$. After 85% reduction you come to a value of 67,50$ . If you buy (correct: had bought when it was available a few days ago) thats would be directly a jump to lvl 3. The return is at a really high 8,43 cv per $ invested. (typical bundles sit around 3 cv per $)

Sadly this bundle has passed but watch out for such good bundles if you really want to lvlup.
