What does ESD stands for in Saint's ROW IV (ESD)?

Hi everyone. I bought a retail key for Saint's ROW IV. I activated it without problems, but when i go to my account details it says "Saints Row IV (ESD)"

I searched a little but didn't find anything useful. The seller said it's ROW but i want to make sure.

What is ESD? Does it have some restrictions or censorship? If anyone know, please tell me.

It probably means Electrostatic Discharge.
